Malware Removed from an External Storage but I don't see my Files
You are inserting an external storage (e.g. External Hard Disk, USB Drive ,...) to an infected device and it has been infected with malware (Virus, Worm, Trojan,...) . Is there a way to have someone look at the minidump of the random reboots I'm seeing?I'm getting random Windows restarts / BSOD / unexpected freezing up. They all seem to stem from a bugcheck, but I have no way of diagnosing the source. Please help.

After updating to Windows 11 24h2, programs takes several minutes to load and running programs sometimes freezes for no reason
I recently updated my windows to 24h2 from 21h2, and I noticed that it takes half minute to several minutes to open an App on my pc, I clearly ensure that it isn't my hardware bottleneck since I have checked my task manager that my application was on the processes list with nearly zero cpu usage, the window of the application doesn't shows up until few minutes after (it just pops out). Sometimes even a running application would become not responding and freezes for few seconds to several minutes (again, not cpu bottleneck nor hard drive issues etc, the program runs perfectly on 21h2, the issu

I've been running my local (wired) network with password protected sharing turned off.To reduce the risk of infection I've now turned it on on all the pc's.The result is that I am now unable to access any of the machines on the network (running windows 10 or 11)I need to input the username and passwordHowever using whoami locally to get the username, and entering the pin as the password I get "the username or password is incorrect"trying to access another machine I get "\\XXXXX is not accessible. ... etc."Is there a simple way I can turn on machine A and determine what credentials are required

On the lock screen Windows 11 is skipping over the account name located in the bottom of the lower left corner of the screen when using the tab key to select it.
Prior to having this problem I did install Link to Windows on my Pixel 9 Android phone and configured it. I did uninstall it and then checked Phone Link on my pc and my phone and my pc didn't seem to be linked any longer. Bluetooth still doesn't work even after a clean install windows and replaced drivers
I upgraded my mobo to an asus b550 tuf board because my old one died and now I cant use bluetooth. It has bluetooth and it worked for a sec after I installed it but I needed to update the firmware and reset the pc. After that the bluetooth has not worked, all it does is not show any devices even when I have them on and pairing. I tried replacing the drivers off of asus website and got so frustrated I clean installed windows as well. Nothing seems to work and the same problem persists. I have tried other troubleshooting tips on forums and youtube and I cannot seem to figure this out please help

Blue Screen of Death - Can't get to Windows Recovery Mode
I tried to turn on my desktop yesterday and it failed to do so, and would be stuck on preparing automatic repair for several hours or would crash, I initially got the stop code: KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED. I attempted any method I could find to access Windows Recovery mode but it would be stuck on the blue screen or preparing automatic updates for hours without working. I attempted to create a recovery drive using my laptop, it got the preparing automatic repair to work for a minute before crashing and getting to the blue screen but this time it's giving stop code: UNEXPECTED_KERNEL_MODE_TRAP

Unable to connect to Internet after 24H2 update - Solution found but not sure why
I have installed Win 11 24H2 update several times and each time it broke my internet connection. I have tried all the help steps, listed to correct the issue and still no luck. I could ping any public IP address but could not use the DNS names. I finally found that if I add the DNS addresses manually and enable DNS over HTTPS, I was able to connect to the internet. Why must this be done. If I just add the DNS server and do not enable DNS over HTTPS then I can not connect to the internet.

Never used 2020 Surface Book 3 with no upgrades gets stuck at 96% trying to update to Windows 22H2.
I just got this beautiful piece of machinery, but It runs really slowly and after some quick checks it seems that it misses a lots of updates. Now I have been trying to update, when stuck I tried in CMD adm modus following others suggestions from here, but I keep encountering problems (software distribution cannot be renamed, catroots2 cannot be renamed, wuauserv says stopping but then says that i cannot be stopped. I am wondering, is there another way at this? Since the laptop is new, and I haven't any file on it, wouldn't be better to just re-install windows altogether? I'd like to try to

Keyboard not recognized+ driver update error with keyboard class filter driver.
(Using on-screen keyboard so please don't mind grammar.) One day my keyboard stopped working so I followed instructions and uninstalled and reinstalled the driver and now Its not working but connected. It shows an error message when trying to update the driver. It also says something about keyboard class filter driver. Using the Vulcan II max by the way. I used the software driver update and it says its good and up to date and then I check my device manager and it says unknown device and still failing to update. There are so many drivers, I don't know what to download and I doubt it'll work. N
