Hi Donovan,

I'm Dyari. Thanks for reaching out. I will be happy to assist you in this regard.

Please go to C:\Windows\Minidump and copy any minidump files you find to your desktop. Afterward, share these files through OneDrive or Google Drive so we can analyze them and identify the specific file that's causing the crash.

If the folder is empty, kindly share the Event viewer logs:

Hi Donovan,

I have analyzed the event viewer log and it indicates Kernel-Power Event 41 (BugcheckCode 239), which suggests a possible hardware failure, drive disconnection, or even a BIOS/UEFI issue.
- EventData

To help isolate the problem, do the following steps:

If the computer has overclocking enabled, disable it. Verify that the issue occurs when the system runs at the correct speed.

Test the RAM with the free utility MemTest86, then run a full 8 pass scan to test your RAM for physical errors:
https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/14201-memte...

Check the power supply. Verify that the power supply has enough wattage to appropriately handle the installed devices.

Check for overheating. Examine the internal temperature of the hardware and check for any overheating components.

Go to Alienware’s support site and check for a BIOS update. Update Chipset & Storage Drivers from Dell’s website and update NVIDIA drivers via GeForce Experience.

After that check to see if the issue is resolved.

Please do not hesitate to ask if you need further assistance.
