Word and PowerPoint documents not available in files when saved to Office 365.

Before I was able to find my documents saved to Office 365 from my computer files as well. Now they aren't there. Why is this? Why am I unable to save to both computer and Office 365 simultaneously?

This is Joyce, an Independent Advisor and a Microsoft user like you.

May I know what happens when you open your Word? The files that you have on your PC is save on your hard drive or on the cloud, but not in Office 365.

Office 365 is use to create or open your files or documents. Can you check if it is still activated? Is there an error message when you open Word or Excel?
