For me it was copy everything from C:\Program Files (x86)\VIA\VIAudioi\VDeck64 and replace with everything (if applicable) in C:\Program Files (x86)\VIA\VIAudioi\VDeck
I had to check a warning at startup to accept running vdeck.exe without asking.

就是 拷貝 C:\Program Files (x86)\VIA\VIAudioi\VDeck64，替換掉C:\Program Files (x86)\VIA\VIAudioi\VDeck 

Hello everyone. I have the same problem and that's how i fix it. As i suppose the main thing is in installation programm from the via official site. First of all i delete all previus drivers and vdeck, then i download new driver from official site (herehttp://download.viatech.com/en/support/driversSelect.jsp) and install it. And then i got this "Your OS is 64 bits. Please use 64 bits Version VDeck.exe". I go to the folder with official driver that i download and go there in \VIAHDAud\Present\VDeck64\, copy all files and paste them into C:\Program Files (x86)\VIA\VIAudioi\VDeck. That'a all. Hope it helps.

也就是 下載官方安裝驅動包， 解壓，拷貝\VIAHDAud\Present\VDeck64\裏面文檔，貼到 C:\Program Files (x86)\VIA\VIAudioi\VDeck裏面去。
