Windows Home Server 2011をファイルサーバーとして使っていましたが、突然DドライブとKドライブの外付けHDDにアクセスできなくなりました。ドライブのアイコンに鍵のマークがついて、開こうとするとBitLockerによって暗号化されています、とパスワードを要求してきます。
自分ではBitLockerというのも知らなかったくらいで、設定した覚えもありませんので、パスワードも、回復キーもありません。
なんとか解除する方法はありませんでしょうか？
ちょっと気になるのが、デスクトップ上に、見覚えのない「PLEASE READ.TXT」という昨日の日付のテキストファイルがあります。
その内容が、以下の通りです。英語がよくわからないのですが、BitLockerのパスワードが何とかと書かれているようです。
