Lose Font (Bahnschrift SemiBold Condensed) When I Save/Export/Print to PDF from PPT

We tried replicating your issue here on our end. Here are some screenshots that we have before and after sharing the PowerPoint file as PDF via Email as well as Save/Export/Print to PDF:

We noticed a slight difference with the typographical emphasis of the font after sending it as a PDF. Just to verify, are you experiencing the same change? If not, it will be better if you can send screenshots of the changes that you're encountering when you're trying to

I would say my PDF has more distortion. Let me know if this helps!

To retain the appearance of fonts, please try File>Save As>PDF and choose the Standard (publishing online and printing) option.

If you are using Adobe Acrobat to print your files, please tell us that.

Please note, not all fonts are created equal. Fonts from small foundries that lack the ability to test on all platforms may not meet your expectations.

I tried this, and the problem persists. I am not using Adobe Acrobat. I am using Save as in PowerPoint, and then choosing PDF as the file type (I have done so trying your suggestion as well as selecting under "More Options" both the "PDF/A Compliant" and the "Bitmap text when fonts may not be embedded." The font remains incorrect in all sets of options.

Try this:

After exporting the PDF, open it in Reader or Acrobat.

In Reader/Acrobat choose Edit | Preferences

Click Page Display on the left

Look to see if Use local fonts is checkmarked.

If it's NOT checkmarked, Reader/Acrobat will use only fonts that have been embedded in the PDF; if a font is called for but not embedded, a different font will be substituted.  It looks like that might be your problem.

If it IS checkmarked, it'll use fonts installed on your computer, so should look ok.
