Offensichtlich ist hier etwas ganz schief gelaufen, andererseits gibt es Unklarheiten.
Hinsichtlich irgendwelcher Warnungen, Informationen, Handlungsempfehlungen
zum Update bin ich zumindest nicht fündig geworden auf den Microsoftwebseiten.

Jedenfalls betrifft das Update ja wohl nicht „nur“ mobile Geräte (so Handys), sondern auch z.B. PCs mit Windows 10 32 bit.

Klare Informationen würde ich mir wünschen und wären wünschenswert für die Betroffenen, so zu:
- zum Update überhaupt,
- ob das Update generell falsch ausgeliefert wurde; falls nein, wann nicht,
- welche allgem. Gerätegruppen, Windowsversionen, … es betrifft,
- Handlungsempfehlungen bzw. Informationen zu etwaigen vorgesehenen Korrekturen
