Hi, I hace an issue with my Outlook account. I am unable to send mail. I tried to send a single email and it is stuck in draft. I received an email from Outlook asking me to verify my account. I did this via an SMS code and completed a Captur test without a problem. I was redirected back to my inbox but still can't send mail - when I try to, I am directed back to a verify page... I repeated but am stuck in a loop. Can you help?

Hi SwissChris75,
Have you already tried using another web browser in accessing Outlook.com to verify your account? Does the same issue occur? If you haven’t done this yet, you may use a different browser and try to do the verification process from there.
You may also try to click this link and sign in to your Outlook.com account to have it be verified. We’ll see if that would already let you send an email afterward.

Hi (logging in using my second msn account but same user) - I'm now completely locked out of Outlook. I don't understand why - can you check my other account is okay? I have no idea why its locked, I have fulfilled all the verification checks. The account is important to me and I've in no way violated the user agreement, so am a little concerned.

Hi,
i also have the same problem cant send email. Need to validate via sms code. But the message i received said "hola 6 : 601". When i input it then verify, its wrong code and must try next day . Please advise what to do.

Can you confirm if you’re encountering the same issue even when using another web browser? If you haven’t done this yet, you may try using a different browser and see if the you’ll be able to verify your account already.
