I am unable to gain access to my hotmail which is linked to my Facebook account. I have not accessed the email in many years and therefore have forgotten the password. I have tried everything to reset and recover, including answering the question and all have failed. I need this resolved urgently.When i answer all information to recover, it tells me there is insufficient proof, which is impossible as I answered all questions. I can't even change email on facebook as it continues to send confirmations codes to this address.

My account has been temporarily blocked. I have reset my password more than 10-15 times but the problem has not been resolved. Whenever I put the correct pass, it says Sign-in is blocked You've tried to sign in too many times with an incorrect account or password. My MS account was hacked and I was directed to call a phone #. Before proceeding, I want to verify that the person I was speaking with is a legitimate employee of Microsoft. How can I do that? When you call Customer Support there is no option to speak with someone.

I have a user that is using an Outlook account. They are sending calendar invites to other people. All the support options seem to be "Sign In" however my support option is for Signing In. I have 2FA enabled (On my admin account), however the options for 2fa are on the authenticator app, that though is on a device that has ben destroyed. Any ideas?

I have 2 problems, 1. when i try and log into my Microsoft account it says there is no account with that email, but when i click "Create Account" it says that i already have an account with that email so i don't understand what's going on. 2. Authentication app asks me to confirm code sent to another app, but when I go to the outlook or other example app I cannot find a request or any code to confirm for my sign in, I don't have a passkey and there is no messages or requests in my email. Sk I have no idea where the code is being sent or how to resolve the issue.
