Forgot password and deleted microsoft authenticator app

I forgot my microsoft account password and because i have two step authentication enabled i have to have access to the microsoft authenticator app in order to reset my password. Recently i restored my phone and as a result it deleted the microsoft authenticator so i cannot access the app. I tried the recovery form but i received an email saying that all requests would be ignored.

How do i reset my password?
