Uninstall and Reinstall OneDrive Built-in Window 8.1

I've used OneDrive which built-in Window 8.1 with my laptop (Acer Aspire P3).

Both Window 8.1 & OneDrive came up with the package when I bought this laptop.

Now I've faced the problem as below

1. "Make Available Online Only": I can't use this function after I've clicked right from the file.

It'll be shown "Unspecified Error" and the file is kept on my computer and OneDrive website.

That makes my computer memory run down and have a few spaces.

2. I've uninstalled the program "OneDrive" from "Program&Feature" but the app widget still on my window.

I've tried right click on the widget to find "Uninstall" menu, but it's not appeared.

3. I've tried to install "OneDrive for Window 8.1" again but I cant make it.

Could you help me solve this problem?
