How can I show "Last Saved By" in the details pane Word 2010. I know I can go into properties and see the info there, but it would be easier to view it in the details pane.
Are you referring to Details view in Windows Explorer ("Computer") or Word's Open or Save dialog? If so, then it can be edited. Right-click on any of the column headings and you will get a dropdown list showing checked and unchecked items (the checked ones
are the ones already displayed). Click More... to get an extensive checklist. Unfortunately, I don't see a "Modified by" or "Saved by" entry.
You can, however, get one-click access to the Properties using Customize Quick Access Toolbar. In the "Commands Not in the Ribbon" category, select and add "Advanced Document Properties."
