In Windows 10 Mobile HLK test, the status of device is "initializing", and the OS is "Unknow platform" after onboarding the device.

Dear friends:

    In Windows 10 Mobile HLK test, the status of device is "initializing", and the OS is "Unknow platform" after onboarding the device.

    I just follow the Windows Hardware Lab Kit->HLK Proxy Client Getting Started Guide, to do build the HLK environment. After onboarding the device over USB, In the HLK Studio, the status of device is always "initializing", and the OS is "Unknow platform", and cannot set to be "Ready". Have a look at the attached screenshot.

    How should I do? Waiting for your kindness answer. Thanks.
