Event Viewer Keep Popping up automatically

Please provide more information so that the cause of your problem may be diagnosed.

Please restart your computer and allow 20 minutes for the system to run before uploading information required to help me investigate your problem. When examining Event Viewer log files many, not all, problems show in the period immediately after the computer has been booted.

Please provide a copy of your System Information file. To access your System Information file select the keyboard shortcut Win+R, type msinfo32 and click OK . Place the cursor on System Summary. Select File, Export and give the file a name noting where it is located. Click Save. Do not place the cursor within the body of the report before exporting the file. The system creates a new System Information file each time system information is accessed. You need to allow a minute or two for the file to be fully populated before exporting a copy. Please upload the file to your OneDrive, share with everyone and post a link here. If the report is in a language other than English, please state the language.

Please upload to your OneDrive and share with everyone a copy of your System log file from your Event Viewer and post a link here. Please remove any earlier copies of the logs from your OneDrive.

To access the System log select the keyboard shortcut Win+R, type eventvwr.msc and press the ENTER key. From the list in the left side of the window select Windows Logs and System. Place the cursor on System, select Action from the Menu and Save All Events as (the default evtx file type) and give the file a name. Do not provide filtered files. Do not place the cursor in the list of reports before selecting Action from the menu. Do not clear logs whilst you have a continuing problem.

After recent upgrade to WIN10 Creators Updated, have started to receive continuously every few minutes 2 pop-up windows at once of Event Viewer. I've tried to clear all event logs and despites there are no critical, error or warning events on machine pop-us continues. So after some time task bar is full of Event Viewers and I have to close them, what is really annoying. Screen shot of the Event viewer:   

Logically there should be an option somewhere in Windows to enable/disable pop-up of Event Viewer for certain events, but I couldn't find that place in the system. No information in the internet regarding that matter could be found as well. The only suggestions I've found was to disable Event log service, which not good option at all.

Can anyone help me to find the solution of this problem?

I had an update waiting: Kumulativ uppdatering för Windows 10 Version 1703 för x64-baserade system (KB4016240).

I´m living in Sweden as you can see, hope you understand anyway.

After installment I still get the Event Log pop-ups, only they are now empty, no logs, but with the following message: 

The Event Log service is not available. Make sure the service is running. (translated to english by me).

Also made an advanced search with Windows Defender which showed no threats.

Normal behavior apart from the pop-ups.

Sure, the antivirus full scan was one of the first measures I've passed in that situation.

Also I have scanned with Malwarebytes software. Nothing have been found by both.

And of course I'm checking daily for windows updates. Nothing here as well.

Moreover, in device manager I've checked every item for driver updates.

Despites Windows has found some newer drivers, no changes - pop-ups are still here.

I checked Windows Event Log in services.msc and can confirm that it is now disabled after the latest update. But still the Event Logs empty panes pops up. Mysterious. 

Before the update I tried to disable the Event Log but was not allowed to due to an error, 1501 i I remember right.

About the issue stig, since your having an error which is 1501 i. It is actually your Windows installer. You need to make sure that your Windows installer is configured properly and try to install it again or if you want you can uninstall it. It is one of the reason why there's a pop up message.
