Windows 10 Firewall after Creators update switches itself on

I've seen a few threads on this, but can't sort it.

I am running Bullguard security alongside Windows 10.  Following the creators update, my cloud backup service cannot connect.

The obvious place to look is firewalls, but whenever I turn off the Windows firewall, it immediately turns itself on again, as I watch.

Any ideas?

I actually solved the problem by re-installing the back up software.  

I'm still not sure whether I have two firewalls or one!  The only way to permanently disable the Windows Firewall is first to disable the Bullguard one.  I suspect that Bullguard is actually using the Windows firewall.

Anyway, issue resolved
