Snip & Sketch Tool Crashes 100% of the time

I recently installed Windows 10 over Windows 7. The "Snip & Sketch" tool will not launch.

► I have tried the "Reset" button. 

► I have reinstalled the app.

► I can use Shift+Win+S to launch the screen capture and take an image. Once I do that I get a message that the image has been saved to the clipboard. I get a message that says "Select here to mark up and edit..." When I click there, the app attempts to launch and crashes just as it does when I launch it any other way. 

Any ideas?

Hello,

If you've NVIDIA video drivers installed, try upgrading them to latest version. Once you change the driver version, the issue may be resolved. 

If you've VGA drivers, I'd still recommend to update your drivers to latest version.
