It found an error and fixed that drivers were not allowed to be installed. I am not sure what to do after it was fixed. Do I try and reinstall the drivers? I noticed in events that it was showing an error device not migrated. Hope this information helps.

Hi Darren,
In Windows 10, your device is always kept up to date with the latest features and fixes. Updates and drivers are installed automatically, with no need to select which updates are needed or not needed. In rare cases, a specific driver or update might temporarily cause issues with your device, and in this case you will need a way to prevent the problematic driver or update from reinstalling automatically the next timeWindows Updates are installed.
You cannot stop Automatic Windows updates on Windows 10 but you canblock certain updates for any particular driver. I suggest you to refer the steps provided by Rohit Chettri on the below thread link to block update of a driver software.
Hope this information was helpful. Thank you.

Do let us know if you are able to get sound. Thank you.
After upgrading to Windows 10 anniversary edition, I have no sound on 3 Dell Inspiron 620 i5 6 ram (same configuration) desktop computers. One of the computers is "fixed". These instructions do not help at all. When I go to update driver, it states I have current driver.
After trying for hours & fiddling with all the sound settings, I somehow restored sound to 1 of the 3 computers by accident. It seems the problem is that windows changed the sound from the speakers to headphones. meaning the speakers were disabled in the upgrade. Can you help?
