How can I recover a "Burner account"?

Here's my situation:

A couple years ago, I created 3 "Burner accounts". They didn't have legitimate info on them.

I was young, and decided to link them up. So account A needs account B to be recovered, and account B needs account C to be recovered.

Right now, I'm trying to get into account C, because then I will be able to recover my 2 other accounts.

I've entered my password/security questions too many times, and the account is blocked. My only option is to recover by providing information. Since it's an email I never use anymore (because most of my stuff was done on account A and B),  there isn't much information I can provide. I can probably provide what type of emails I have received, because I remember most of the accounts I created with email C, but the recovery system automatically declines my request, because there isn't enough information.

I am 99% sure I am providing the previous passwords I used, I'm not sure if it will help if I can recover in a different way.

Is there an alternative way? It's somewhat urgent because I have a PayPal account on Account A (which I am able to log into), and some other accounts that I would like to change to my main email, as I am not looking into using that burner account anymore.

What options do I have? I contacted support via chat, and all they where able to tell me was to fill out the form and wait 24hrs. Is there a phone number I can reach to get Outlook.com support?

When was the last time you logged into the account using a browser?  If it has been more than a year the account was marked as inactive and deleted which in your case is a good thing.  You may be able to create a new account with the same email address if it is in the Hotmail.com or Outlook.com domain

There is no phone support for the free Hotmail.

Thanks for the reply. I  have logged in to it within a year, so that's not the issue. If live chat can't help me, and there's no phone support, I guess I'll just have to contact paypal to shut down the account.

Thanks.
