Hi Tim Irons,

I hope you are doing well,

simple to answer your inquiry:

  • There is no option to run <Inbox> rules before the <Junk> filter

  • There is no option to run any rules against the <Junk> filter

Would love to provide work-arounds but there are none so can't provide solutions that don't exist.

You are not the first to ask about this and the only thing I can suggest is to submit your valuable feedback directly to Microsoft product development team by either go to Help from your dedicated App > submit Feedback or by posting on Ideas · Community (microsoft.com) . This is require because as we are from community team, we can only assist you to troubleshoot the query and providing you required information for feature’s availability status.

Realize that this isn't the answer that you were hoping for but it regrettably is the only answer that applies to the items you have asked about.

Just so there is no misunderstanding, this is a public user-to-user support forum. We're users just like you helping other users. We don't work for Microsoft and have no input on Microsoft's policies, procedures, or design decisions. Microsoft Support personnel do not staff this forum.
