I had to reinstall Office 365. I setup outlook with my personal Gmail account and it connected fine, but when I try to add my business Gmail account, it keeps saying that it cannot connect to the server. I triple checked my IMAP server settings and except for the username and password, they are identical to the ones for my personal account. I really do not understand because it was working fine in my previous installation.
The weird thing is that even though I cancelled the addition of my business e-mail account, Outlook did add it to the list on the left and it also created the .ost file. I am confused.
