Hi,
I was wondering if someone from the Microsoft team would read this question and give me a definite response. I purchased an Office 365 subscription which expires on the 8th of August 2020 (no timestamp) but, was shocked to have this already deactivated as at the time of this note (22:54 UK Time). I was in the middle of applying for a job application which expires by midnight TODAY. I am not able to complete my job application process due to inability to use "Word". I am so frustrated right now.
Can someone please point me in the right direction to make my concerns heard. Thanks.
