sign into Uplay account issue..

I just got the game and can't sign in to uplay at all. Is this a normal issue?

Can't say for sure if it is a normal issue or not, I never ran into problems with uplay on the xbox one. I'd advise checking over on the Uplay forums though, would probably have better luck getting assistance there. Xbox one forums aren't very active yet, and the uplay forums are bound to have moderators that know about some key issues wandering the forums.

I sorted mine. I had to put the 360 back on and put in an ubisoft game, went into uplay in that game (farcry 3) and verified my email.

Maybe if I go to ubisoft and sign into their website and verify everything it will work. Thanks I will try that. I

Have not other Ubisoft game to do this. Tried to link my Xbox account to the uplay account on the website and it won't work. I love the single player it is the best game I have played on the Xbox One but if I pay for a game I expect to be able to play mutliplayer or use my fleet. There support pages on twitter and Facebook do not respond and there is not phone line for Ireland. Getting extremely annoyed.

If you go to "games & apps", search uplay, then try and sign in to the app instead of in the game. Not sure if it'll work but it's worth a shot.

Thanks I tried it but still no luck it doesn't recognise that I have played the game with my account. This is so annoying the game cost €70 which is not cheap and I can not access online at all but they had not problem taking money off me for the resource pack I bought. My nat is open I have been playing online on other games I headr there was a problem with having more than 99 friends I have only 70 odd. It recognises that I have a uplay pass but then doesn't allow me to connect to the servers it just keeps saying they are down. Support are no help either.
