Liebes Microsoft-Team,
während des Upgrades meines Notebooks von Windows 8 Pro auf Windows 8.1 Pro erhalte ich nach dem ersten Neustart die Fehlermeldung „Update auf Windows 8.1 nicht erfolgreich“. Der Fehlercode der Meldung ist 0xC1900101-0x20017. Danach wird Windows wieder auf Version 8 zurückgesetzt.
Mein Notebook hat folgende Komponenten:
- Betriebssystem: Windows 8 Pro 32-bit
- CPU: Intel Celeron M 420 @ 1.60GHz 47 °C, Yonah 65nm Technologie
- RAM: 2,00GB Single Kanal DDR2 @ 332MHz (5-5-5-15)
- Motherboard: ASUSTeK Computer Inc. A9Rp (CPU 1) 49 °C
- Grafik: PnP-Monitor (Standard) (1024x768 @ 64 Hz), ATI Grafik (ASUStek Computer Inc)
- Festplatten: 149GB SAMSUNG HM160HC ATA Device (ATA) 42 °C
- Optische Laufwerke: MATSHITA DVD-RAM UJ-850S ATA Device
- Audio: High Definition Audio-Gerät
Während des Downloads und des Installationsverlaufs im Windows Store traten keine Probleme auf.
Unter http://sdrv.ms/1cIyZXz habe ich das Logfile von Windows Update bereitgestellt.
