Windows 7 (32 Bit) Bluetooth Peripheral Device driver for Iphone 4

If you could please identify where I can download the driver for using the Iphone 4, to be used in a Bluetooth PAN (Personal Area Network).  My computer is a DELL M2400 running Windows 7 (32 bit).

After searching the Apple website, I found nothing.  After searching the Dell website, I found nothing.

It is probably the case that few people try to do this.  I'm hoping Microsoft has stepped up to the plate (so that their own wizard supports one of the world's most popular devices).
