Windows 10 Network Computers missing on some computers (9 networked together)

Of 9 computers networked together through single switch;

5 are Windows 10,

1 is Windows 8.1,

2 are Windows 8.0,

1 is XP.

One Win 10 sees all 9 computers on network.

Two Win 10 see 5.

Two Win 10 see 7.

Two Win 8 see all 9 computers on network.

One Win 8.1 sees all 9 computers on network.

XP sees all 9 computers on network.

All Win 10 computers seem to configured the same.

What's up?

If any of these are unbound, try rebinding, and if that still doesn’t work, from an elevated command prompt, run  “NetCfg.exe –d”

Thanks for all this detail.   Many threads have resorted to suggesting just that last command.  What would be the significance of that alternative?   And BTW when I tried it there were several error messages before the automatic restart.  Where would those be stored after the boot for further analysis or could the restart be postponed?
