'Folder Options' is missing in Control Panel - using Windows 7 Home premium

I am using Windows 7 Home Premium.

I recently looked for 'Hidden' files within a folder within the Windows folder - unfortunately all I did was that I HID that folder. To resolve the issue, I was directed to Control Panel and then Folder Options to restore the hidden folder : however, when I went to Control Panel I find there is NO Folder options there!?  Is Folder Options missing in Home premium version?   Any help?

No it's not missing - you need to change the View. Click on the drop-down arrow next to View by: Category and chhose either large or small icons. The Folder View icon will then appear.
