calling with Harmon Kardon invoke

Last week I could tell cortana through my invoke speaker to call a contact and it would, now it tells me to use the cortana app to link skype calling, I try and it wont  connect, according to my subscriptions I have unlimited calling until 11/25/2020. but it wont let me call.  please advise, I love this feature.

Very frustrating I haven't checked my second invoke yet. Strange it would just stop when I first set it up never did anything called off my contacts list

My Invoke quit making Skype calls sometime in the last week or so also.  Worked fine last week, now Cortana on the Invoke tells me to link a Skype account in the Cortana app.  When I try to link Skype in the Cortana app, it freezes on the same page that was shared above.  My Skype credit for the Invoke shows unlimited calls through October 2020.

Thank you for reaching out to the community!

Our engineering team found out that the issue with connecting Invoke with Cortana is a known one. I would like to inform you that they have already released a hotfix for the said known issue. They have advised to reinstall the Skype app and try setting it up again with your Invoke speakers.
