Hi,
I started getting sign-in error a few days ago. I have no issues logging in via browser or desktop app. According to the IT administrator, the backend setup and licensing is correct. I have tried all suggestions I could find online to no avail. This is what I have tried so far:
- uninstalling and re-installing the app
- restarting the phone
- logging in after disconnecting wifi
- offloading the app and re-installing it
- updates IOS to 11.3.1 and repeated steps 1, 2, and 3
- Deleted all microsoft apps (one drive, note, sharepoint, planner, lens) and then re-installing teams.
