In the meantime, we recommend that you completely reset and restore all default power plans to default settings to make sure that the issue is not a cause of any missed configured settings. To do this, follow the steps below:
- In the Search box, type Command
Prompt, right-click on the result and select Run
as administrator.
- Copy and paste the below command into the Command Prompt and press Enter.
powercfg –restoredefaultschemes - Once done, restart your device to apply the changes.
