REGISTRY_ERROR, Blue Screen, Stop Screen__Technical Information: __*** STOP: 0x00000051 (0x00000001, 0x8821B008, 0x012E3000, 0x00000374)

In normal mode, a few seconds after my computer has booted (after desktop appears), a blue screen fills my monitor. I am getting this problem from past 10 hours. But my system works well in safe mode, safe mode with networking and safe mode with command prompt. I was able to successfully stop the restart after the blue screen appears. I tried windows memory diagnostic but it showed no problem. So my RAM stick works properly.

I use Windows 7 (Ultimate). I have not installed any new hardware or software. I get the following message on my monitor ( On that blue screen ):

"A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer

REGISTRY_ERROR

If this is the first time you've seen this Stop error screen, restart your computer. If this screen appears again follow these steps:

Check to make sure any new hardware or software is properly installed. If this is a new installation, ask your hardware or software manufacturer for any windows updates you might need.

If problems continue, disable or remove an newly installed hardware or software. Disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing. If you need to use safe mode to remove or disable components, restart your computer. Press F8 to select Advanced Startup Options and then select safe mode.

Bug Check 0x51: REGISTRY_ERROR

The REGISTRY_ERROR bug check has a value of 0x00000051. This indicates that a severe registry error has occurred.

http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ff559026%28VS.85%29.aspx

Cause

This error may indicate that the registry encountered an I/O error while trying to read one of its files . This can be caused byhardware problems or file system corruption.

It may also occur due to a failure in a refresh operation, which is used only in by the security system, and then only when resource limits are encountered.

To see the cause I have to take a look at the dumps with the Debugging Tools for Windows.

Please start to safe mode with network, run the Windows Explorer and go to the folder C:\Windows\Minidump. Next, copy the dmp files to your desktop, zip all dmp into 1 zip file and upload the zip file to your public Skydrive [1] folder and post a link here.
