In normal mode, a few seconds after my computer has booted (after desktop appears), a blue screen fills my monitor. I am getting this problem from past 10 hours. But my system works well in safe mode, safe mode with networking and safe mode with command
prompt. I was able to successfully stop the restart after the blue screen appears. I tried windows memory diagnostic but it showed no problem. So my RAM stick works properly.
I use Windows 7 (Ultimate). I have not installed any new hardware or software. I get the following message on my monitor ( On that blue screen ):
"A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer
REGISTRY_ERROR
If this is the first time you've seen this Stop error screen, restart your computer. If this screen appears again follow these steps:
Check to make sure any new hardware or software is properly installed. If this is a new installation, ask your hardware or software manufacturer for any windows updates you might need.
If problems continue, disable or remove an newly installed hardware or software. Disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing. If you need to use safe mode to remove or disable components, restart your computer. Press F8 to select Advanced Startup Options and then select safe mode.
