Run the apps troubleshooter included within Windows OS by following the steps below, and check if the issue persist.
Step 1: Type troubleshooting in the search box next to Start icon, and press Enter.
Step 2: Click on View All from the left hand screen panel, and select Windows Store apps.
Step 3: Follow the on-screen instruction.
If the issue persist, run the App troubleshooter from the link below, and check if the issue is resolved:

Method 2: If the issue persist, follow the steps below, and check if the issue is resolved.
Step 1: Right click on the Start icon, and select Command prompt (Admin).
Step 2: Click on Yes, and continue. Provide administrator password if prompted.
Step 3: Check if it says Administrator: Command Prompt at the top of the command prompt window.
Step 4: Type the following command in the command prompt, and press Enter.
PowerShell -ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted
Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers |Where-Object {$_.InstallLocation -like "*SystemApps*"} | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}
Step 5: Restart the system, and check if the issue is resolved.
