Unable to unpdate workflow in sharepoint designer 2013

Hi,

I've done this type of update before many times before and it's worked and updated fine.

Today I updated this workflow and clicked "published" and got this error:

Is it a temporary thing? Can I try again later and see if it works?

Service Health Dashboard has indicated that issue SP176418 has been resolved as of: Wednesday, March 27, 2019, at 3:00 PM (UTC). If you are still experiencing an issue, please let us know as this may indicate either a scoping issue or an independent problem.
