Family usage report not showing any usage

I signed up for the plan about 2 months ago, but when I look at the character reports, it shows NO play time whatsoever.  I know that my son plays and is connected to xbox live when doing so.  Any help in fixing this would be greatly appreciated.  

Also, I do know there is only 2 avatars currently enabled on the family plan, be he rarely plays the second one, and that one did show activity on one day, for 22 minutes.

Did you remove parental controls by any chance? I think once you do, you can't keep tab on what and when they're playing.

Is that a console setting or can it be done online?  He is using the same account, but the avatar he plays is the one we originally started xbox live with, so i think it's considered the main/adult avatar.

I think I have your solution right here buddy. This tutorial should explain to you how to use the parental controls and anything else about the controls that you would want to know.

Hi x0LikeABoss0x! Would you be able to remove your son from the family pack and add him back in? This should prompt the family pack to register his play time so it shows in your family usage report. Make sure to note there will be a five day waiting period before you can add the account back in! It sounds like this might be doable since your son has 2 accounts! Let us know. :)
