I signed up for the plan about 2 months ago, but when I look at the character reports, it shows NO play time whatsoever. I know that my son plays and is connected to xbox live when doing so. Any help in fixing this would be greatly appreciated.
Also, I do know there is only 2 avatars currently enabled on the family plan, be he rarely plays the second one, and that one did show activity on one day, for 22 minutes.
