Ultimaker Cura.

Hi all.
I uninstalled all versions of Ultimaker Cura from the system (Control Panel -> Programs and Features -> Uninstall).
After that I installed the latest stable version from the vendor's website.
When you try to open STL files, the system opens a window in which you are prompted to select non-existent programs to open the file (see attachment). I closed this window, right-clicked on the STL file -> Properties -> Application -> Edit, but ended up in the same window as when opening the file.
I opened "Settings -> Default apps" and clicked the "Reset all apps to default" button. This also did not correct the situation - non-existent applications are still displayed in the "Open with" window.
The directories C:\Program Files\Ultimaker Cura 4.12.1 and C:\Program Files\Ultimaker Cura 4.13.0 do not exist in the system.
Tell me, how can I remove this “garbage” from the system? That is, make sure that non-existent files are no longer displayed in the “Open with” window.
P.S.: I think this is more a Windows problem than a third-party software problem.
