Well I can't believe I've had to result to typing on the forums because I'm in such a disgusted mood that my topic has come this far but I'm writing about the terrible way "Minecraft Master Collection" and "Minecraft for Windows 10 Master Collection" errors on the Microsoft Store.
Once upon a night, approx. 39 nights ago I was convinced to play with a buddy to have some nostalgic fun. We were about to play on Windows 10, boy did I not expect to end up here feeling so confused after realizing that I must have mistakenly forked over the $50 for the "for Windows 10" collection.
This is where I just don't understand why everything is as so... This is the SAME game because advertisement for the SAME content in two BARELY different ways... I mean just look at this:
Minecraft Master Collection:
Minecraft for Windows 10 Master Collection:
As you can see, there's even an "[Xbox logo] XBOX LIVE" above the Windows 10 collection as a huge misleading mistake:

Pretty much the only different between these two is that the "Minecraft Master Collection" is advertised to offer cross platform play... And yet these are the same price?
I also feel unfortunately inclined to adding that after checking properly I also did not receive 1,000 Minecoins for the in-game store. I have no doubts that I have properly checked the account.
It is very, very, very, very upsetting to me that I've had to go through so much hassle to get ahold of a human about this. Then I get denied my submission for the idea of a refund or exchange after I've been so ready to help get it solved? Oh come on Microsoft.... Over a game designed for the children's demographic. Please help my poor [mod removed] out, I can't believe this. I have recorded chat history with the online representative after clicking "Talk to an Agent" and he barely seemed to be able to comprehend this matter after I explained it in nearly a more concise way. This is so unfair, you guys need a better system of customer service.
