May 2019 XP Security Update

Can this patch/update be installed without putting the XP computer on-line?

This is all the information I have been able to find.

Thank you, but, alas, that does not answer my question! I really do NOT want to, and long ago decided never to put my XP machine on line again. I keep it for certain programs I use. I am thinking I can DL the patch on my W10 laptop and put it on a disc and load it from there to the XP Desktop machine, but I don't know if what I DL'd is only one of those things that then goes online to do the actual install.

If the XP machine NEVER goes online, it can't catch it, can it?
