Can't access Computer > Properties >

I am unable to access the computer properties When I "Click Start, right click Computer > Properties >"  nothing happens and I can not access computer properties.

Scanned it with SFC as noted above and no critical file problems,

Any other ideas?

Probably a shell extension is blocking it. Try the steps in "Method 2 - Using ShellExView" here:
