Attach a document into Windows 10 Mail

The following are the basic steps on  how you can attach an email in Windows 10 Mail:

1. Open Windows Mail and create a new e-mail message.
2. Click the Attach File to Message button. (It's the paperclip icon)
3. In the Open dialogue box that appears, select the file you want to attach and then click Open. Browse the folders in the Open dialogue box the same way you would browse through Windows Explorer.
4. With the name of the attached file now in the Attach text box, type your e-mail message as usual.
5. Click Send button to send.

Thanks for your reply however I had opened the "Insert" button in Windows 10 Mail but "Mail" is not one of the files listed in the folder. The file I want to attach to a new email is in an old email in the "Deleted" folder.

Is there no other way to attach a file in a new email except from those files listed in the "Insert" listing folder in Windows 10 Mail?

Since you've mentioned that you wanted to attach an old email from the deleted folder, we recommend forwarding the email instead. You may do this by opening the old email and clicking the forward button to have it forwarded.
