So I went to load up Forza Horizon 4 and firstly, it came up with a message saying I needed to renew my EA Access. My subscription list consists of EA Access and Xbox Gold.
I thought it was strange that I played Forza yesterday (10/10/18) absolutely fine. I then saw that my subscription to Xbox Game Pass looked expired.
I went on to my subscriptions list and strangely enough, there it is, Xbox Game Pass £7.99 a month, will renew on 04/10/18. Now I can see that my payment for this left on the 4th, however the renewal date for my Xbox Gold says 21/02/19 and my EA Access says 21/10/18.
All of my subscriptions state that the renewal dates are in the future, but the game pass is 5 days back. I went to cancel the subscription, and it then a message appeared saying "You have less than a week before Xbox Game Pass is expired" with a date of 03/10/18.
I don't know what's going on but can anyone help me with this issue?
