Unable to access D: & E: drive bcoz of bitlocker enabled

HI all,

- Received Microsoft updates

- Restarted laptop

- It's not booting and going to recovery mode.

- Tried all the possible scenarios but cant do anything it asking Bitlocker recovery key.

- User dont know about bitlocker recovery key.

- Installed fresh win 10 pro OS to C: drive but still gives same result

* Need access those drives and take data..

As mention that article i checked every points and unable to find-out key.. User doesn't aware about any key even he's doesn't have any Microsoft account.

My Point is - if i prove this is my data, is there any possibility to Microsoft team recover my data..?

I don't think there's any solution without the recover key.

Hi, My last question on this.

User not accepted he's activate bit-locker and save key or backup in anywhere.. he's strongly saying he's not aware about key and all.

Is there any possibility to see log file that he has activate bitlocker by himself..?

(C: drive already formatted and already installed fresh OS)
