Hi, I want to make Windows 10 ask for user name and password during log on. Not only password but also username. I am using windows 10 1809, I have chage the registry and local security policy like this link (https://winaero.com/blog/how-to-make-windows-10-ask-for-user-name-and-password-during-log-on/) but it not work. Is this anyway to do this? Thanks

Step 1. Type netplwiz.cpl in Cortana Search box > Click netplwiz.cpl > Select your user name > Check Users must enter a user name and password to use this computer
Step 2. Windows Key+i > Accounts > Click sign-in options > Under Require sign-in select appropriate option
Step 3. Windows Key+i > Personalization > Lock screen > Screen saver settings > Check the box to On resume, display logon screen

Please follow these steps:
1. Type netplwiz in the search box at the bottom left corner of the desktop. Then click on “netplwiz” on the pop-up menu.
2. In User Accounts dialog box, check the box next to 'Users must enter a user name and password to use this computer'. Then click OK button.
3. Restart your PC then you can log in using your password. The login credentials will be required each time now.
