error message

I am trying to get my Forza 6 to work again. 

Got an error message 0x90072ee7.  There seems to be no history of that error code listed.

Any suggestions?

Hey there,
This isn't an error code as you have said. Have you checked that you are connected to your WiFi? If that's not the issue, try power-cycling it by holding the Xbox button on the console for 10 seconds, unplugging the console and leaving it for a few minutes before booting it up again!

I'm sorry that you have been receiving an error message.

What troubleshooting have you done? Have you tried to check the Xbox Live service status, power cycle your console, contact the game developers, or anything else?

Based on the error message you received, we too cannot find that error code (0x90072ee7) listed; however, I was able to locate one that was 0x80072ee7 and was typically found for those using Windows 10. Are you playing Forza 6 on a Windows 10 PC or on an Xbox console?
