Hello,
I've installed shadow of the tomb raider via xbox gamepass for pc and every time I launch the game it crashes on the opening screen that displays options. I have worked with multiple techs on online support via windows 10 and we trouble shot installing, uninstalling, resetting windows, verifying drivers are up to date and another of other troubleshooting steps. The game still does not make it past the opening screen. The specs I have on my pc are easily capable of running any current gen game at ultra settings with 100+fps. I submitted a ticket to square enix as well with the issue (the game's publisher/developer). Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you.
