What is the most affordable and feasible method to upgrade 55++ windows 10 home edition to Pro edition

We are a startup company and we have 55 windows 10 home edition PCs that we want to upgrade to Pro edition. now i can buy the upgrade license for each PC individually and pay 99 USD per Pc.. but my question is if Microsoft offer a package or a plan to upgrade mass number of PCs (in our case 55 PCs)?

Unfortunately that's the only way to go. I was initially thinking of volume licensing but Volume licensing upgrade of home to pro can only be utilized by academic and nonprofit organizations. Commercial and government can only use volume licensing upgrade if they are upgrading from Pro, Enterprise operating systems.

Yes sure. That means government agencies and commercial entities can avail volume licensing upgrades only if they initially bought mass number of computers that already came with Windows Pro or Enterprise. They can utilize that to upgrade to different editions of windows.

so if we have commercial entity and all our Pcs have Home edition and we need to upgrade them to Pro edition, then we need to do this for each device separately ? we can not buy a volume license in our case?

Yes that is correct for commercial. You will have to upgrade each device separately. You are not qualified for volume licensing.
