Unable to boot into normal mode, can boot to Safe mode.

Original title: Laptop boot issues

hi

i am facing some issues in my laptop I am able to boot in normal mode but can boot in safe mode If i am trying to boot normal mode i am not appear any content above the screen  If i am trying to boot safe mode its going to windows pages. Please help me what could be the problem then give the some in solution for this problem. Now in my laptop have using windows XP OS.

Hi Lakshman,

1.       What is the make and model number of the computer?

2.    Have you made any changes on the computer prior to this issue?

3.    What anti-virus application or security suite is installed on your computer?

Follow the mentioned methods:

Method 1:

Start the computer using Last Known Good configuration.

Follow the article:

Still issue remains same follow method 2.

Method 2: Enable Normal Startup option in System Configuration Utility.

a.            Start your computer.

b.            When you see the "Please select the operating system to start" message, press the F8 key.

c.             When the Windows Advanced Options menu appears, use the ARROW keys to select safe mode.

d.            Once you log into the desktop, Click on Start button, Click on Run, type msconfig and click Ok.

e.            System Configuration Utility window will open, Click on General tab, in the Startup selection, select Normal Startup radio button.

f. Click on Apply and click on Ok

Restart the computer and check for the issue.
