Remove Lavasoft/Ad-Aware from Windows 10 Start Menu

After uninstalling Ad-Aware the Start Menu still has 2 instances of a Lavasoft folder with Ad-Aware Anti-virus and Ad-Aware Anti-Virus Support entries.  Right clicking only has "Pin to Start Menu".

Ad-Aware doesn't show up in--

C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs

%appdata%\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs
Yes, explorer is displaying hidden files.
Registry Find doesn't find Ad-Aware or Lavasoft, and a C:\ search also finds nothing.

And I've run out of ideas,  thanks for any help.

Did you check if Lavasoft AdAware has a specific removal tool?

Can you delete these from

C:\Users\your account

or

"C:\Users\your account\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu"

Thanks for all the suggestions and advice.  I tried everything.  And looked in the Registry and all over the C-Drive.  I was going to look in the D-Drive but I hadn't hooked it up yet.

So I decided this is one of those Microsoft problems that will never get fixed.  The 40,000 people that happily worked together as a team to create this Windows 10 such as it is are now working on Apps for the Microsoft Store.

I re-installed Windows in much less time than I already spent trying to fix the Start Menu.  Advice: use Ninite to install popular programs and leave your setups in the download folder.

Have you tried reinstalling the program for the purpose of uninstalling it more fully?  This often works. 

No experts in Forums (where we see the most cases) have advised AdAware for at least eight years.  It is not an antivirus but an adware scanner, and there are better options including the current popular favorite AdwCleaner on-demand scanner.
