If your account is frozen due to storage limit breech, our initial step is to check if you account is still accessible. To do this, we suggest that you sign in to your account on
onedrive.live.com. If you're able to sign in, you can either free up some space by
deleting unwanted items or increasing your
OneDrive subscription.
Once you're done, if you're trying to re-sync your account,
unlinkOneDrive and sign back in. To do this, type in your email address and password, and then follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup.
