Hi,
Please verify if you are referring to the sign in page or to the new user interface after signing in? You may be seeing Outlook.com because your account was automatically upgraded from Hotmail. Hotmail customers who were upgraded automatically to Outlook.com were notified in advance via email.
When we launched Outlook.com preview, we shared plans to eventually upgrade all Hotmail customers to Outlook.com. To help ensure a smooth transition, the upgrade will be gradual. Your upgrade is part of the process.

We recommend that you keep your web browser up to date to get the most out of Outlook. If you’re not using an updated browser, some parts of Outlook might not work and it might not display properly.
If you’ve signed in to Outlook with a particularly old browser (like Internet Explorer 6), you’ll be automatically redirected to the Outlook basic experience.
Upgrading should only take a few minutes. To get started, choose one of the browsers below:
To help protect your personal information, Outlook always uses a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) connection between our servers and your browser. If you're running a browser that doesn't support SSL (like an older model phone), you won't be able to access your Outlook account and might instead see an error page.
Thank you!

I agree - I HATE this Outlook version and want to go back to the old hotmail version (where at least we had a choice in display preferences for which version to use). This one is completely confusing and you cannot so ANYthing with it (including deleting a second junk mail folder that apparently Outlook created for itself as I did not - but now I receive stupid Outlook notifications about having two junk folders. I shluld have the choice if I do not want to use this (not remotely) "improved" version and I DO NOT.

The question was not answered. How can we get the old Hotmail/msn interface. I want to see all the e-mails listed in a row. I can't even see my older emails. This is NOT an improvement.
Thank you.

I want the LOOK of the old the interface. This format is not user friendly for an 85 year old woman. Neither my daughter nor I can make heads or tails of this format.
Thank you.
