File Encryption At Rest

I'm trying to figure out if Microsoft encrypts your files at rest for personal OneDrive users? I know they do this for Business subscribers.

In the second sentence it specifically states Microsoft business users. The question was about personal users. Where does it state the encryption also applies to personal users?

How hard can this answer be?  Why isn't anyone answering it.  Is the personal edition of Office 365 encrypted at rest.  Kinda important for OneDrive and especially OneNote use.

If there is no reply, then a will assume that the answer is NO.

If no, which is fine, I will need to make other cloud storage choices.  Everyone (iCloud, Google Drive, Dropbox) Encrypt at rest.  I dont understand why it is so hard to answer.

Thank you!

OneDrive personal is not encrypted in the cloud, according to the review at this link

https://www.cloudwards.net/review/onedrive/

They include a screen shot that appears to be a help desk ticket confirming that encryption is in the professional/business products only.

How hard can it be for Microsoft to proove what's going on. And the bigger question: Why don't they proove it? Looks really suspicious, therefore I'm not gonna buy a subscription until this is settled.

There are articles saying they do and articles saying only for Business subscriptions. I've also received a response from their support team stating that they don't for personal users. I've decided to move to another cloud storage provider since they can confirm that they encrypt data at rest.

Would you trust your cloud provider with the keys to your house? Why would you do so with your data? I encrypt some data, but not all. You can use Boxcryptor (which offers a free limited version) and Cryptomator (which is free). Just google them, maybe it is what you are looking for.
